The campaign runs from July 1st to August 31st, 2025. Bookings made outside this period are not eligible for entry in the prize draw.

Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 or older, residing in Luxembourg or other areas where JoyserCasa provides services.
Employees of JoyserCasa and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.

You need to book a renovation/construction project with Joyser Casa but it is not required for the work to finish until the end of the campaign. You need to sign a renovation contract with a minimum quote of 15000Euro to be eligible.

To enter the campaign:

  • Schedule any renovation, microcement, or electrical project with JoyserCasa during the campaign period

  • Pay the required minimum deposit to confirm your booking (amount to be communicated individually)

📌 Important: The project does not need to be completed during the summer—only scheduled with a deposit.

Each participant is entitled to a single valid entry, regardless of the number of bookings.

One winner will receive a travel voucher for two people, with one of the following options:

City Getaway

  • Return flights and 3 nights’ hotel accommodation with breakfast included for 2 people at a 4 or 5 star hotel

  • Destinations to choose from: Paris, Barcelona, or Rome

The travel package must be used by a specified expiry date (to be communicated). It cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, and may not be transferred to another person without written approval. The voucher may be used for a single purchase only, with no cash refund for unused value. If the total value exceeds the voucher amount, the winner must cover the difference.

The winner will be selected through a random draw, which will take place within 10 business days after the campaign ends.

The winner will be contacted via phone or email. If the winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, an alternate winner will be drawn.

By completing the booking form, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data (name, phone, email) strictly for the administration of this campaign.

JoyserCasa will not share this data with third parties, except when required to fulfill the prize or by law. Participants can request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting renovation@joyser.lu.

  • JoyserCasa reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time, with prior notice published on its official website.

  • In case of force majeure, the campaign may be suspended without liability.

  • Any disputes will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts in Luxembourg.
