Joyser Casa S.A.R.L acts as data controller. We process your personal data in line with Regulation EU 2016/679, GDPR, and Luxembourg law. This policy covers your use of joysercasa.lu and your direct interactions with us.

• Identification and contact data. Name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses.
• Account data. Login identifier, preferences, order history.
• Transaction data. Products purchased, amounts, payment method token or status. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications about orders, delivery, support, and returns.
• Marketing preferences and consent records.
Social login
• If you log in with a third party such as Google, we may receive your name and email, as allowed by that provider.
Special categories
• We do not request special categories of data. Do not send such data.
Children
• Our services are not directed to children.

V. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We keep data only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it.
• Account and order data. For the contract term, then up to 10 years to meet accounting law.
• Customer support data. Up to 3 years after resolution.
• Marketing data. While subscribed, then up to 2 years after unsubscribe for audit.
• Security logs and technical data. About 12 months unless needed longer for incidents or legal claims.
If you delete your account, we stop marketing to you. Legal retention may still require limited records.
VI. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We share data only when necessary and under contracts that protect it.
• Service providers. Hosting, IT maintenance, customer support tools, payment and invoicing, delivery and logistics, marketing and analytics.
• Professional advisers. Accountants, auditors, legal counsel.
• Public authorities. When required by law or to protect rights.
VII. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
We store and process data in the European Economic Area. If a transfer outside the EEA is needed, we apply safeguards. Adequacy decisions by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses. Additional technical and organizational measures where appropriate.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Access is limited on a need to know basis. We test and review controls regularly.
